We wanted to briefly share the wonderful experience we had when we started planning our home after many years of renting. After a recommendation from a friend, we approached Mrs. Flok and scheduled a meeting. From the very first meeting, it was clear to us that she would be the architect of our dream home for many years to come. As soon as she took a quick look at the plans and building permits, she professionally understood most of the details of the existing space and our desires, aligning them with the existing situation according to the technical limitations on the ground (such as columns, air directions, etc.). After finalizing with her, we received the first sketch in a short time (for a two-story house of over 240 sqm), and it was exactly to our liking—just a few tweaks here and there, and we were ready to go. We must mention that during the work, we received close guidance, including several site visits, revisions to the plans if needed during construction, and continuous support until the final completion. When we had the privilege of celebrating the finished project, our personal impression was very positive, but that was just the beginning. The moment we held the housewarming and even afterward, everyone who came to visit our new home couldn't stop praising the right architecture, the good taste in room and corridor designs, the maximization of every square meter for optimal benefit, the adaptation of each area based on air directions (light, darkness, window sizes, etc.), and most of all, the responsiveness to personal requests in detail (such as one person dreaming of a walk-in closet, another dreaming of a shower and bathtub in the master suite, stunning kitchen design, and so on). For me, a woman who loves to cook, bake, help with homework for the kids, draw, and create – the kitchen is the kingdom, the studio, and the home.
